koduKOHVIK is our family’s story, which began in 2010 out of a deep love for good food and heartfelt hospitality. What started as an occasional pop-up cafe quickly left many people in Viljandi with unforgettable culinary experiences. Our passion for food, combined with the encouragement of supportive friends, inspired us to open a permanent restaurant and lifestyle shop—all brought to life alongside our daily jobs through incredible teamwork.

Right next to our dining area, you will find our lifestyle shop. It is the perfect place to explore beautiful design pieces while waiting for your meal. We offer a carefully curated selection of gift ideas, Estonian and Scandinavian design, and home decor. In fact, most of the furniture and tableware you see around the cafe is also available for purchase!

koduKOHVIK is located in a charming former pharmacy. The exposed log and brick walls create a warm, cozy atmosphere where rich history meets a fresh new breath of life. Our ultimate goal is to serve dishes made from the freshest ingredients, bringing joy to both locals and travelers passing through—always prepared deliciously, presented beautifully, and made with heart.
